- 10oz of turkey brest ...made it last night....i think it was 8 lbs...thre it in the oven and made a little gravy on the sidei'm very excited for this!!
meal 4- tuna and 3/4 cup of oatmeal
PWO mhp shake with milk 1/2 cup of oats with one banana
meal 5- probably same as meal 3 but adding in a baked potato
