training back log

chest

- hammer strength flat press 2x12 2 plates
- incline smith machine 2x14 185lbs

back
- weighted pullups tried the 30lb dumbell yesterday 1x7 dropped weight and did 1 more then 1x6 dropped weight and did 1 more
- wide grip pull downs 2x12 160lbs

shoudlers
- dumbell presses 1x10 70lbs
- one arm cable side laterals 2x15
- upright rows 1x12 95lbs

arms
- one arm preacher curls 2x15 30lbs
- rope extensions 2x12

legs
- leg presses 2x12 3 plates (remember people i have 3 knee surgeries under my belt lol)

overall workout was pretty good. haven't used the rope in a while for tri's....gotta start throwing that in there every now and again
 
today's diet

meal 1
- mhp shake w/ 1/2 cup oats
- multi, e-1000iu, b12, 3 scotts finest green tea, gluc (ran out ), fish oil

meal 2
- 2 cups of eggwhites cooked in a little oilve oil

meal 3
- grilled catfish (officially never want to eat fish again. can'y wait to eat my can of tuna in about an hour...uuuggggh)

meal 4
- 1 can of tuna :splat:


45 minutes of cardio
-at least i'll try to anyway...pretty beat right now and have no motivation...cheerleaders??? anyone anyone?? something D O O economics...voodoo economics...bueller...bueller??

- would love to have a subway hero on wholewheat w/ lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, hotpeppers, and mustard but i'm trying to restrain myself and eat chicken this late at night...especially since i snuck in the fridge at 2am and had a heaping spoon ful of pb....booty call...it happens :p

meal 6
- depends on how meal 5 goes tonight....

p.s. i'm fawking horrible at this adding color to my log :(

i was extremely close to whipping out the whole wheat bread and spreading half the jar on a slice :chomp:

and a really horrible thing happened to me last night that i forgot to post. i got a knock on my door around 7:30pm..i go to answer it and it's a pizza delivery guy with 2 large pies....i coulld smell the freaking pepperoni permeating through that cardboard prison box! i almost paid for the pizza...obviously he was looking for apartment 2e not 2c it's like someone out there just wants me to fail....i mean come on!! my favorite pizza place knocks on my door with 2 large pies out of the clear blue... :rolleyes:

Ohhhhhh let me tell you how AWESOME that sandwich is!!!!!!!! :p I hadn't ever had Quizno's before and I talked the bf into going in instead of Subway. HA....no comparison. Quizno's beats the crap out of Subway any day of the week!!! Did I say :p yet?!?!?!
