JK: While it is common for humans to associate food with friends and family and good times, it's that very association that is the problem. Separate the too.. and learn to say no to peer pressure. You shouldn't have to isolate to cut, you just shouldn't. (Way easier said than done... without a doubt.)
JPT: You've done a great job bro. low test or high test, hrt or no hrt, do what you gotta do. If you do go down that road, don't push your body further than you should... you don't wanna be like these wrestlers or ball players with mysterious muscle tearing right off the bone injuries, or in your case, affect ur back negatively before you realize it.

I eat with them, my parents are both more cauitous about their food consumption than I am...well, almost.....I go to clubs, raves, etc......just don't booze.....I'm not a hermit by any means bro.......cutting to a degree is SIMPLE....once you reach a point where you stall (i.e. 10%) it's pure hell..........

today's diet....working from another office with no fridge...so i packed a shake for breakfast....prob looking like 3 shakes today...but nothing i can do about it
meal 1 cottage cheese and pineapple
meal 2 muscle milk
meal 3 grilled chicken salad
meal 4 1 can of tuna
preworkout muslce milk
PWO 2 scoops of whey and a gatorade
meal 5 8oz filet mignon (omaha!) green veggies
meal 6 22 almonds
side note********i just now realized i have not worked calves in over a week....fawking mental lapse in the gym or something..weird. i'll hit these up tonight even though my calves won't ever grow for shit!
YES they will.... you have to train them hard and often.... Try it out. Mine used to resemble forearms and then I decided I was going to pound the heck out of them and they are growing, and growing!!! It just takes time and persistance!!

JPT.. the biggest key, and always easier said than done, is just trying something different. Maybe different calf exercises, maybe higher reps, maybe lower reps, maybe different sequence. Measure those calves and track the changes. Also are u progressing with the weights u use? The seated calf raise shouldn't f your back up if u maintain form.
Of course bodyfat %, etc. can be a factor in measurements and ur muscles are usualy deflated while cutting anyways, but u should be able to notice significant progress.
