He said steroids have changed the game, thats why guys are hitting 50-75 homers a year!!!!!! Now for all of us that already know this never mind, but for all the people who believe barry bonds hit 75 homers naturally this is a prime example he used juice, along with every other player!!!!!

Do you think it's a coincidence that Jose waited until he retired to make these statements. I mean he never juiced or anything right. I'm sure his claims of 85% are not too far off, but I don't like the fact that he waits until he's done playing then goes and burns everyone else. Golden Rule- Whatever happens in the clubhouse or on the road stays in the club house period!!
Yeah, this is a dick move. Maybe he will never write his book, I think he is just pissed at the moment that no one would sign him and he was 'forced' to retire so maybe it will just go away. He is a huge mo-fo and definitely used most of his career and he is just being a bitch at the moment.

I agree with tzan. Why do you have to wait until you retire & then start slamming people?? I would have alot more respect for the man if he just let his numbers do his talking. That's nuts IMO. Doesn't do a thing for him but make enemies. He had a nice career, won the MVP, won some World Championships.....just let it go at that & be happy with the success that he had over the years. I always thought he had alot of class......don't know about that now...

well he said he is doing it to set the record straight, for all the people who talked shit on him and he also said that he had been informed by people in the league and entertainment that he was blackballed from the league, and every person that he was ever associated with turned their back on him and dicked him, he said that out of all the people he ever was friends be-friended him and that they all just quit calling him and quit being his friend...But its funny how theyre starting to slam the MLB for roid use, ever since that HBO special they exposed baseball players, now on espn it had a headline that the media was accusing barry bonds of using roids, since he has had that torn hamstring but is still playing......we know the truth, and tawny kitaen is claiming chuck finley used roids during baseball and joked he could beat the MLB test do to inside connects and info on tests!

I don't believe that they do test in MLB, but I could be wrong.
I just don't know what he could have possibly done to get the whole league to turn their backs on him. He never seemed like the asshole type & he always seemed like a pleasant guy to talk to whenever he was getting interviewed. Curious what he did to get himself so-called blackballed?? Always seemed pretty cool & upbeat to me...even at the tail end of his career. Regardless, it's still a shame....he should just bow out quietly & enjoy his retirement.
