eat one of those if u need to carb up ....or make some whole wheat turkey spagetti low sodium

i hear ya but carbs are important in acheiving and keeping that

those buritos r all good carbs

when u get whole wheat pasta make sure u get the right kind...not a mixed pasta bc thats what most of them are

aso eat some sweet pot bro .....or black beans with your eggs

I have been having some cheeries in the morning with 1 percent milk beofre i go to the gym..I was worried about gaining weight from it but i work so hard in the gym the fat and carbs are gone within a hour
