They're goin' really well. My toe is pretty much healed and I got some advice frm B-Fold on some other health issues I've been dealing with, which seem to really be helping.
Nothin' really big on the horizon right now. Really focusing on my OHP, ham and glute strength and event training.
The only "new" move that has really made an impact for me is OHP rack lockouts. Upper arms parallel to the floor to start, and I do them seated with no back support. Really been helping my tri strength which is evident in my OHP numbers.
I went for a 525lbs PR on deadlift last week, and missed it.

Stopped at my shins, and just couldn't seem to get in the groove the whole workout. I know I shoulda had it. Time to relook at my plan and readjust....

Hows the training for you? You're lookin' damn scary in those vids fropm T3C. I think you need to stay in the 200's.....

Either that, or I'll need to get to the 250's.....
