Joints are sore after cycle - what to do?

I've been off my cycle now for just over a month and have managed to keep most of my gains - strength is still way up and size is up too. However, I've noticed lately tha my joints are starting to get really sore after each workout. My poundages are way up - I've added over 60 lbs to my bench. I'm thinking maybe that my muscles became too strong, too fast and now my joints are playing catch-up.

Without taking a layoff or easing back from training what can I do to combat this problem?

Try more warm up sets before your big lifts. ie; 3 or 4 warm ups as apposed to 1 or 2. I know for myself, if I don't warm up real good my joints will be sore afterwords.

Good luck

After you stop a cycle, your water retention goes back to normal. Your body was used to having all that water in your joint and muscles and now has to re-adjust. Like dehydration. Try some creatine.

Also, try creatine if you are not already using it. Since it is a monohydrate it will help you to hold water. Try to stay away from items that are diuretics like caffeine, acidic fruit juices, etc.
