Joint Support Help

Hey guys. I was just wondering what you all thought was the best joint support out there? Looking to go heavy soon and want to give my joints all the help I can get. Thanks guys.

I have tried a shit ton of these since I got horrible knees. I absolutely can't live with out forged joint support from ntbm and I believe it also has cissus in it as well.

This! Cissus is the BEST for joint issues. I've never used a product as effective for joints. You can't go wrong with it especially after a recent studies have reported other common joint supplement ingredients have less effect than people originally thought.

"Large-scale, methodologically sound trials indicate that the symptomatic benefit of chondroitin is minimal or nonexistent. Use of chondroitin in routine clinical practice should therefore be discouraged."
(Reichenbach S, and others. Meta-analysis: chondroitin for osteoarthritis of the knee or hip. Annals of Internal Medicine 146:580-590, 2007.)

and another publication reported that

"The GH/CS [glucosamine hydrochloride and chondroitin sulfate] group was not superior to the placebo group in function, pain, or mobility after both phases of the intervention (pill only and pill plus exercise)."
(Messier SP and others. Glucosamine/chondroitin combined with exercise for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis: a preliminary study. Osteoarthritis Cartilage 15:1256-1266, 2007.)

I acutally met these guys have way..i was a college pitcher before injuries forced me out and i used cissus powder with forged joint and skelital balm!

Skeleton Balm is the best Topical joint soother I've ever used. I've gotten a handfull of pro volleyball players to use it almost exclusively for their aches and they are always calling me for my discount to buy more. That stuff F'ing roks!

I use forged joint repair, topical skeletal balm for every workout, and additional cissus (orbit do you have the primaforce caps too?). I've used osteo bi-flex in the past and liked it well too.

Also important is to make sure you're getting plenty of good fats (EFAs), fish oil, olive oil, grapeseed oil, flax oil, etc., drinking plenty of water throughout the day, and doing proper warmups prior to lifting heavy.

I would agree with that CEO . Krill oil is one of the best sources Of good fats/omega's you can get too. Krill-TS at RLS is a great brand for this.
