Ok bros...list the AAS that has caused joint pains from experience....I've read winny and now I'm think EQ even though I've never read anyone experiencing it......For the past 2-3 weeks my knees have been pretty tender and the only thing I can think of is EQ....Since I've ended my test cyp/EQ cycle 10 days ago....I'm noticing the tenderness is leaving....Could it be test??

Have you changed anything in your leg training? Therefore, foot position in leg exercises, depth of leg exercises, added a new exercise. Have you recently been lifting heavy poundage’s that are atypical for you.

I have seen fellow lifters start sinking squats or hack squats and develop knee pain. I personally do full squats but some people do not find the right groove and knee pain becomes an issue.

test cyp/EQ in and of themselves should not be an issue here.

Winny kills my joints. My last cycle had EQ and at the end I had some pretty bad joint pain. Not saying there was any connection, but hey who knows. I will tell you what lubes my joints up the best though is a little deca. Man that crap does wonders for me.

I've always had really stong legs and always lift quite heavy for years...Never had this and it didn't start until late into cycle and like I said since the EQ/test levels are dropping being I'm off, the joint pains are leaving; yet I'm still squatting and leg pressing the same with about the same amount of weight and reps give or take 15-30lbs pending on how I feel that day.........I know my body quite well also pretty good with form and control......it's something in the gear....just a matter of which one!!...I'll definitely know for sure in the next 3-4 weeks being that the levels should be really low by then.

Yes i've done the same cycle, deca REALLY helps, im experiencing the benefits as of today after a heavy leg day...

Water retained from your cycle is being lost now that you have quit. A good bit of this water is retained in your joints which acts as a "cushion" during strenuous workouts. Deca is a good solution for this since it causes a lot of H20 retention in the synovial sacs surrounding your joints. I, too, have joint pains sometimes when coming off a cycle and I remedy by starting a light cycle of Deca 2-3 weeks prior to ending a heavy cycle. Also, remember that with AAS, your muscles are growing faster than your tendons and ligaments and the strain can be tremendous. After 8 years of cycling and heavy lifting, my wrists and shoulders see this problem every time I come off a cycle. Increasing your sodium intake as you taper off can help in retention of some water and alleviate some of this pain, but not altogether. Eventually, the pain subsides though and you will recover. Just hang in there man and give your body time to heal. Rest as much as you can and make sure you are not trying to lift as much as you were while cycling in order to promote the healing process. As for the EQ, I have some mild joint pain after coming off, but nothing that didn't correct itself. Good luck.
