Joint Repair

I ordered some forged joint repair and some skeletal balm because I have alot of pain in my elbow. It is the worst when I straight bar curl. Hammer curls are not that bad. I have been using the joint repair and SB for less than a week. I want to start a cycle in a week and a half and do not want my elbow to slow me down. Has anyone experienced this and is it something the joint repair and skeletal balm will help over time. Thanks for the input.

Yes give it a little bit more time man. It should help, baring you having some kind of fractured bone or something. My elbow always hurts when doing str8 bar curls too. And my wrist also hurts when I do them. Some people are not made for them. I work threw the pain though. So long as I do not have pain all day long.

Now are you saying you have pain all day long or that just when you are doing the movements?

the pain is every day, when I rotate my hand clock wise i can barely bend my arm. Keeping my hand facing my body, I can hammer curl with very little pain. I had all but given up on curls for a long time because of this and the pain went away. I would really like to increase the size of my bi's so I started getting serious about it and the pain returned. I am hoping that this is a problem joint repair can help but I am not educated enough on the topic to really know.

I am sure it can. However may I also add that if you want good arm size then you should be doing a lot of rows. This will add a lot to bi size too.

I know they are a good movement for the muscle itself, but for the forearm and elbow issues they can cause, straight bar curls are bad news. try using the camber bar and a wide grip. That way your hands are turned just enough to make it natural feeling. Instead of hammers also maybe try reverse grip camber bar.

On top of needto's suspps to help with the pain, I would SERIOUSLY go get yourself some deep tissue massage/accupressure for those arms. From the shoulders all the way down to the wrists. Lighten up on the curls a bit for a month while getting deep tissue. But you gotta go every week or even twice a week if you can afford it. It WILL help though I promise. Combined with Needto's supps (heard nothing but good about skeletal balm) I think you will be pleased. Also add in some Cissus Quadralingulus. You can buy it in powder and cap it yourself. Its about 5 x cheaper that way. The key is to mega dose it though. You need to take a shitload to get it built up. It WILL help too if you use it long enough to get its effects going. It helps tendons too. Plus it has some anabolic properties which doesnt hurt either.
I wish Needto carried Cissus in bulk:evil:
