I've been back on for just over a week now, and Last night at the gym I started getting some really bad joint pains in my shoulders and arms.
I'm not talking about dull pain, it was excrutiating.
Cycle is:
Deca/600mg/week 1-2
Deca/400mg/weeks 3-7
var/30mg ed/weeks 1-7
pct weeks 10-12
i'm also on T3:
week1: 25mcg/day
week2: 50mcg/day
week3: 50mcg/day
week4: 25mcg/day
week5: 25mcg/day
This is all gear I have used before, but i've upped the doses of deca & var.
Could it be the gear giving the joint pains?
Also, what supps can you buy apart from cod liver oil?
