Joint Pain

Hey, recently i have been going up in my lifts (i have good form) and because of that i think im experiencing a little joint pain. Its not chronic and the pain goes away shortly after. however im looking for a supplement that could help with my joints. Any suggestions? im 19 BTW

Thanks

I had the same problem.... I was going up in weight rapidly and thought my form was good, then I started having shoulder pain and realized that while benching, because of the heavy weight, I was allowing my elbows to go too far out to increase leverage and putting extra strain on my shoulders..Also, during squats (again too much weight) I was allowing my knees to come in on the way up and putting strain on my knees. I didnt realize I was doing either of these. Have a friend evaluate your form and you may be surprised. I'm also taking cold ground flaxseed (in my shakes), glucosamine, chondroitin, and msm pills daily. It seems to really help after a couple of weeks.

Glucoseamine , chrondroiten and MSM , take this daily and you will be all good to go. You can find them VERY EASILY combined in the same supplement for not much money at all. I believe anyone that lifts regularly and trains hard as hell MUST be taking these just as they would a multi vitamin, to me it's in the same boat!
And as stated earlier Fish Oil, Flax Seed are solid to include. Actually Nature Made supplements makes a combo one called Triple Omega , and it included Fish, Flax, Safflower, and Olive Oil's all together. It is what i use and i have had great results. by second week i no longer had any joint pain whatsoever running both of these things and i felt way better, not to mention by around the 4th week i started to lean out a little more than usual due to getting the good fats in my body regularly.

Glucosamine sulfate, shark cartilage

wow there are a lot of supplements up there. im just planning on taking some krill oil daily. i mean my joint pain isnt that severe. i dont want to take to many things and i also want something safe for my age. would krill oil be enough, or do i need to get more?

Glucoseamine , chrondroiten and MSM is safe. Heck, they give glucosamine to dogs now. I'd take that along with the Krill oil. Instead of the Glucosamine, chondroiten and MSM you just can take Needto's Joint Repair which is a very good supplement that I'm taking now.

im going to get needto's joint repair. i heard great things about your products, so i know i wont be disappointed.
