joint pain

New member
Nearing the end of cycle but having some serious joint pain in my elbows and knees.

I'm 45yo so I guess it's to be expected.
But ending workouts due to joint's hurting instead of muscle fatigue really sucks.

Interesting.... I'm constantly battling shoulder and knee pain... deca always helps a little.... so it seems that menthol is the active ingredient in stopain... never really found that to be very effective in any other products.... it also lists glucosamine and MSM as other ingredients... I didn't realize that they were any effective topically as pain relieving-agents... which strength do you use? I'd be interested to try the professional strength

I started using stopain as well. It works ok...I am going to give alflutop a shot. Any one try that?

Yep, nutrients that are crucial to build tendons/ligaments will help. Much of the pain is just from micro injuries due to the speed at which strength can increase during a cycle. It happens much faster that tendons/ligaments can compensate.

Radar...I have seen your post on the gellatin supp before but I forget; is it a certain brand? Jello or the local grocery store brand or does it matter? Thanks!

I discovered this about 20 yrs ago and stayed at it 2-3 time a week its a reg part of my diet routine. i never have any sore joints, start & stay with it the sooner the better!
Remember over the years the iron is brutal on those joints prepair yourself for the long run.

definitely going to try it.... this might sound like a dumb question, but do you have to prepare it so that it's gelatinized or can you just mix the powder with water or in a shake and chug it down?
