I did between 45 and 90 minutes of cardio a day .. usually 45 minutes before eating, run down and get a carb loaded protien shake, and drink that while doing a light 45 minutes on the bike.
Some days I could lift after the cardio, but most days I couldn't. I would feel too tired, and just sort of went through the motions with light weights.
I would have another carb / protien shake around noon .. that was it for carbs. The rest of the day was just protien (tuna usually) and small amounts of natural peanut butter.
Total cals were kept around 2000 to 2500 a day.
