Not sure if you want tro share but are using AAS with HST? Also how long does iot take doing 3 sets of 5 for every excercise and do you feel 36 sets is over training. I was worried that me doing 26 was alot.

Hey Brah' how goes it. Just answered this on my journal for ya, but here goes again.

No, not AAS assisted right now,..all natty. Not sure AAS is for me for a number of reasons; 1. Being 36 yrs old and not sure if I'd wanna compete one day or not, dunno if its wise for me. (still on the fence about if it is wise for anyone not looking to compete to be on AAS) 2. Not sure of a safe reliable source to get it from if I was to try. No current Broly's in my gym still competing and their sources are probably out-dated at best. (but yes, I have to admit I have thought about it)
When I first found this site it was because I was looking for help a little over a year ago. Had a very bad experience with some "wanna-be" Juice. Came down very hard and wasn't a good feeling.

36 sets "normally" take us just over an hour when un-interupted. 5's for us is doen very explosive and rest between sets is just long enough for training partner to complete his set. Usually winded still when getting back on for my next set. We've OT'd in the past with diferent HST set-ups, but the one were doing now works just fine and were usually able to even go past our regular 2 weeks of 5's for another week or so on many lifts. The ones were already maxed on we just continue on with the same weight till our bodies say its time for some negs and deconditioning.

Damn bro...that is impressive. I'm doing 66% off the sets in the same time so maybe I need to shorten my rest. I have been playing around with the sets a little more like if I do 2 sets of squats and feel great i do a third and so on. Thanks for the info and I know what you mean about AAS. I'm 27 and trying to compete but my game plan is to be off the sauce and competing natural (if at all) byt the time I'm 30. I know to many bro's who are having all sorts of health issues from using for over 10 years and I started using in my early 20's so I hoping to not use much longer then that.
