Scientology takes weirdness to a whole new level and they claim membership upwards of 10 million world wide. I watched a 48 hours episode recently where an adult son violently killed his mother because he thought she was poisoning him. They were Scientology members and he was later diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. Seemed so sad he didn't get the help he needed!
