Jogging during mass training?

Is it ok to do a 12 minute jog every morning which burns only 100 calories and replenish with a banana or apple or 8 ounces juice when mass dieting or will it still deteriate muscle weight gain results?
 
Seriously, dude, all of this worrying about minutiae is probably driving your cortisol levels through the roof, which definitely isn't conducive to anabolism.

Some cardio during a bulk is a good idea for general health and for better nutrient partitioning. Just eat something beforehand, account for the calories when you're figuring out how much you need, and don't be afraid to scale it back if it's affecting your lifting.
