It's a decent read. It has a lot of bs, but a lot of good stuff as well. The routines Joe suggest are actually good. They focus on compound movements, frequency, good nutrition, etc.
It also has lot's of good pics of BB stars of the 80's.
Thanks, I am more concerned with the training ascpect of the book. Everyones opinion is soo different and I figured people would dog the book, but then I was thinking they all looked good and knew their shit....
