Job change

Well today is the day. I am switching jobs. I am a little nervous, because the pay decrease is rather significant to start out. I am going from VP of Operations to Director of sales. I know this is the right move, because it will free up a lot of time to pursue what I really want to do. I have been contemplating this move for a while and have gotten some good advice from some of you. It was definitely time for me to stop wining and do something to move myself into the direction I need to go.
