Jnevin & Bran...

We're ready, I just need to take the pics. Yesterday was my birthday and as soon as I got home, I had to get ready for dinner with the whif. I know Bran is studying for his finals right now but has taken his pics. I just need to see his so I know what to post up so there are sililar pics. I'm still a fatty, but am down probably more than 5% from where I started and have lost 7 lbs. It's just this damn torso fat that is being stubborn.

The more I lose the more I can't believe how fat I got. Obviously I have it on my gut, but the amount on my chest is surprising. Like in my armpits and all around my pecs. I want to be at 10% by the end of the year. I think it should be pretty easy. I haven't even really done cardio for the last two weeks, so if I do that it will come off pretty quickly. Work just got so busy recently, I've actually had to do shit.

About 6% I was dunked @ 8 about 2 months prior. I had great vascularity at this time. Jenetic was helping me with diet and cycle

agreed. but I wish you'd told me this before I did all that dieting and lifting, I coulda just been here smoking weed and eating pizza and waiting for pics of jnevin's girlfriend for the past 2 months like you are

my diet, overall, is spot on.
little fat and decent build for no juicy'eying

i must be slightly lactose intolerant, the cheese on pizza binds me up something fierce.
i can post pics galore, but if you want a "muscle shot" (lol) i'd have to take it by cell phone and then mail it to someone for them to internet it...i don't have the phone adaptor for the comp. and that i'm afraid is just too gaye
