I have a sutor...28, occupational therapist with a masters. She lives nearby in Sylvania...runs marathon's...getting ready for the NYC marathon.

Yeah, who knows, but that's the beauty of dating different chicks. He gets her in bed and she proves to be the wildest fuck he's ever had. Stays with her, marries her etc...

I think it was for assault, I think he'll say it was noble - defending a girls honor or something.

I don't even think he hurt them that bad, but if there was a technical assault - which is even shuving someone's shoulder - and that person insists on going to the hospital to get checked - it's automatically like the highest level of assault....

their is never any nobility in having a felony on your record.
zero.
he can't vote, own guns, and everytime he gets pulled over when they run his name the felony conviction will come up.
and they'll bust balls.

i've been in a few scuffles more than one ending in arrest. merely pushing someone on the should will not get you a felony, it takes a bit more than that.

I've done alot worse assault and walked with nothing.


The key is how the 'victim' reacts... and in his state - if they go to the hospital... ur fucked.

Tru dat....Ohio Supreme Court decided that going to the hospital was enough to constitute "serious physical harm" regardless of the actual injuries. Sucks going to the big house for a black eye and bloody nose....

Yes, one reason I'm self-employed. I had an interview with a Microsux partner and they couldn't hire me because I had a felony..can't have a felon roaming on the microsux backbone...

I never was an attorney.....I entered an Alford plea to an F4 aggravated assault....got 14 months and did four. In about four years I can have it expunged.....

My attorney basically said that fifteen years ago, when he was a prosecutor, I would have been charged with a misdemeanor assault. Such are the times we live in.....

I've been an atheist since my early 20's...well before the fact. There are a lot of born a gain prison Christians/Muslims though. :)
