Wouldn't it be great if the world had to follow Greenwich Mean time no matter where you are. Just back from holidays in Thailand and am wrecked from jet-lag. That and all the Go-Go bars has me ruined and no chance of getting up in time for work tomorrow!

The best way to fight jetlag is to drink lots and lots of water. It's the only thing that I've found to work.
