i can comfortably but sadly say your probably alot more muscular (nto bigger cause im bigger than everyone) than me, but you def still arnt read for gear douchebag

Hey, if you don't mind me asking what kind of weights are you capable of throwing up? I have a similar physique and just started lifting about 8 months ago and was just looking for a comparison. thanks, PJ.

well...last time i lifted..
bench 145 x 10 , 155 x 8, 165 x 6
incline 100 x 10, 105 x 8, 110 x 6
decline 135 x 10, 145 x 8, 155 x 8
DB curls 30 x 10/10, 30 x 10/10, 30 x 10/10
Seated rows 110 x 12, 120 x 10, 130 x 8
Leg Extensions 120 x 12, 130 x 10, 140 x 8,150 x 6
Leg Curls 90 x 12, 100 x 10, 120 x 8
bent row 95 x 10, 110 x 8 , 115 x 6
squats 165 x 12, 175 x 10, 185 x 8
DB Military Press (only have 30lb db's) 30 x 20/20, 30 x 20/20, 30 x 20/20

these are just some of the ones i remember off the top of my head....most of them suck so dont laugh lol

ya that sounds like just off the top of your head. Lemme regurgitate every weight/set/rep i did in the last 2 months....... off the top of my head

thats good jester when i started it was very similar. youll be lifting double or more than that. just give it time.

havent been doing deads...and my chest is weak...like i've said many times...on flat i use alot of delt to help

lol yea i know i never take leg pics...only cause i got sum hairy ass legs that are white as hell..i took leg shots with the last set of pics but they looked horrible so i just deleted them
