what would be better for aas: changing the scheduling of it or legalizing it. If it was legalized the gov. would surely back only certain forms (licensed) of dispersement (sp?) and prices surely would be higher even if they were legally obtainable. Even the black market can be regulated.
P.S. Damn looking back I worded this post rather poorly and also, in a rather small way, contradicted myself; but i'm just too lazy to delete it and i do want my original question to stand, so what do you guys think?
