yeah i agree. i mean the night before i workout i can beat it and fuck 10x over and as long as i get a good nights sleep im good for the next mornings workout. on the other hand, if i get some poon or beat it right before i workout i just dont feel nearly as aggressive. im just kind of tired going through the motions.DBBT said:right before a workout? it does.
