yeah i agree. i mean the night before i workout i can beat it and fuck 10x over and as long as i get a good nights sleep im good for the next mornings workout. on the other hand, if i get some poon or beat it right before i workout i just dont feel nearly as aggressive. im just kind of tired going through the motions.

No doubt I feel the same way. I just busted 3 nuts and got lifting tommorow, so I str8!
 
i haven't yanked it in along time, but for those of you that have no other options to get your rocks off, no no yank your noodle prior to lifting. It weakens you the same way hittin it D - O double G - I - E style
 
You are only supposed to jerk off then hold it in right before you are about to lose it. Do not want to commit a sin.

Besides....it can make you go blind.

It gives me awesome pumps on my biceps and triceps. I hardly ever do curls or tricep presses anymore and they are still growing. lol

If you are thinking of jerking off right before you lift bro you need to lower the test level, or get some caffiene and tyrosine in you to help keep focused....damn that must suck when you get in the squat rack and all you can think of is banging the ole broad on the "glute blaster"!
 
Doesn't hurt a thing IMO. Now having great sex for hours prior to workout obviously would, but just a "quickie" or jerking off? I'd rather be able to focus on my workout and not be distracted by my libido personally...

According to author L. Rea it elevates the body's Oxytocin levels (which triggers production of GH IGF-1, PGE-1, PGF-2, and testosterone). He claims the effects last for 40-60 minutes. Is this benefit enough to offset fatigue? Who knows...

Definitely would make for an interesting pre-workout regimine if it does -- LOL!
 
i just dont jerk off on bicep/back day... dont want to over train the bicep. Part of my nightly routine..... situps, pushups, jerk off, shower, drink protein, sleep.

I believe it! Blowing a load requires a lot of energy. Think about it, whats the first thing you like to do after blowing a load besides having a smoke? Sleep. Of course it hinders your gains and workout!!! Try going 1 month without touching it and watch your aggression in the gym rise. :evil: :chomp: :evil:
