im still in the middle of research and stockpiling supplies for my first cycle and the more i research pct the MORE confused i get. i mean hcg, clomid, proviron, nolva!!! when to take, during cycle or post cycle and how much to take!!?? jeez there are sooo many opinions. WTF! isnt there a simple pct for a total beginner to try?

Yes ,clomid & nova
First cycle should be simple -so should the pct!

True. Both taken afterwords. HCG is a must as well IMO, and should be taken towards the end of your cycle. Proviron should not be used PC if you ask me.

its easy.first cycle 500mg test-e e/w fr 10 weeks.2 weeks after last shot start clomid pct:
1 300mg
2-11 100mg
12-21 50mg
have some nolva in hand in case of gyno during the cycle.if gyno appears, use 40mg nolva till it subsides.
nothings hard dude, you just have to do your research and not to expect others to answer your questions when you yourself dont know what youre talking about.good luck

I'll add to the confusion, I personally hate using that much clomid...300mg.

I think its excellent post cycle and the difference between running 50mg for a month vs. the front loading 300mg, 100mg, 50mg is not that much different if you also use nolvadex.

I would agree , HCG is a staple. ( i hate it though, worse gyno than Test)
I did HCG and nolva for PCT my 1st cycle and probably didn't have to do either but Be Safe and do your PCT.

As for clomid & nolvadex. I thought they were both in the same anti-E family?
Do most ppl use these together?

I have to disagree, I stopped using HCG a long time ago. Unless you are using crazy amounts of gear you can recover using nolva and herbals very nicely.

thanks for the input guys! and i have been doing research but it seems everything i read just kinda contradicts eachother. so i just wanted some input from people that have had real world experience. will probably start my first cycle in about a month. am gonna use dbol and deca, dbol for 6 weeks at 25mg and deca for 10 weeks at 250mg. seems i will probably go with nolva and clomid for pct, that is what the majority of what i have read and what most people say that do, i will just have to jump into the water and see how it goes.

I don't see any additional value in combining clomid + nolvadex.

Why do most people do this?

Because a lot of people still think clomid is better for starting the testes and nolva is more to combat gyno.

Research already has shown nolva to be just as effective in starting the testes back up. But hey, if people are statisfied with the clomid, or the combo, and don't get those nasty clomid sides...don't change a winning combination if it works for you right.

I always used 50 mg of clomid for 28 days and it worked ok, not great but ok. This time since I did a larger cycle I am doing clomid, nolva and HCG. However, I started taking 100mg of clomid and my head is really messing with me. I am stressed, depressed and moody so I am going to drop the clomid all together and see what happens.

That was my point!
As long as people are aware of this, they can do as they choose.
