Yesterday I woke up around 7pm after working a long night and thought shit I have to go sprint and do squats. So as I got ready to go downstairs my roommate comes out of his room and asks for me to spot him doing legs I said sure. But then I said why don't we sprint first, so we agreed. But on the way there we pull over to big parking lot and said fuck sprints lets just sprint with his Jeep. So I figured sure why not.... Basically it came down to 2500lb in neutral sprinting for 70 yards a pop, 2 up a slight incline and 1 down an incline + 210yard of us running together, and to boot 4 wind sprints without weight. Needless to say I was spent my legs started to burn after maybe 5-10 sec and each run took about 40seconds. Some fucked up shit huh, calling them jeep presses and gonna do them once a month, just something new to break the old routine....
