This post may be moved, but I'll give it a try anyways. In the new FLEX, there is a pic of Jay Cutler backstage holding a can of PAM cooking spray! What's that all about?

PAM works better on staying on the skin especially the Abs. Usually regular posing oil comes off easy when a person starts sweating. I remember reading Hulkster's old newsletter saying that Pam works really well on the stomach area during a contest.
