I hope I don't upset anyone for asking this...but I really admire the physique of Janet Jackson. I know most everyone on this board lifts really hard and heavy and probably does not like that look. But right now I feel it's what I would like to achieve. So in all your professional opinions, do you have any idea on the dieting and training style needed to achieve this look?

Would she risk her voice changing from the anavar? I thought changing up my training syle from bb type to whatever she does might motivate me again. I thought it would be easier to attain instead of continually being disapointed with trying for the fitness competitor look.
