Me and some bros were hitting shoulders today in the gym and we were doing some ass kicking tri-sets. I was thinking to my self that this some kind of jail house workout. I'm also a big fan of old school bodybuilders cause they did more with less. I was so fucking taxed, I told my bro, "This is some fucking jailschool shit!" I didn't have the energy form a coherent, cognitive sentence and I coined a pretty cool word. I thought that any of you hard corps ass kickers on the board may appreciate it.

Had to bump this up because my wife decided that she wanted to work out with me today. I probably won't go jailschool on her though. Just gonna let her know time it is. She'll be begging for the shower in 20 minutes. I think that I can work this angle.
