How do you know that he can't train? He's chiseled and the women like it. I think his metabolism has much to do w/ it.

Have you seen the girls in JaRule's videos? That's what being a well known rapper is all about. I don't think he's even ripped. Ja Rule probably can't train. He acts like he can drive stick in the Fast and the Furious.

Metabolism. Nothing more. Besides, the TV always makes you look much bigger than you really are. If you saw the little fucker in real life I'm sure you'd be surprised how little he looks.
I've known plenty of guys like that. They eat fast food everyday and stay at 7% bf. It'd be different if he actually worked hard to stay lean.
Then again, if all I did was smoke weed and screw hot chicks all day I'd probably be 150 lbs at 7%bf too. Hmmm.....
