Izzman's Progress Pics! Need help posting them!

New member
Hey all, just want to post some before and after pics (been lifting religiously for a year and seven months now) to get some feedback and suggestions but I am non-plat and I have no idea how to post em! Anyone mind PM'ing me their email addy and possibly posting them full size for all members to see?

Stats:
6'0
185
Bodyfat: 10-11% (Estimate)
Cycle History:
2 Cycles:
Test @ 500mg/week for 12 weeks
Fina/Prop Combo cutter for 10 weeks (Which I am about to finish up!)
Most Ive ever weighed was 215, then 207 (dropped water like crazy) after PCT of 1st cycle, I am now at 185 after cutting for 8 weeks. I definitely lost some solid size over the last 8 or so weeks while ketoing despite being on AAS but I hope muscle memory will come through for me when I begin to maintain again. I am looking to hit 180ish or so in the next 2 weeks, but if I don't Ill be more than happy, I set out to do 185 and I reached it. The before pics are the darker ones titled "May 03" at the end of each one. So what would you guys say my BF is at?

Edit: Cleanlift is doing me the favor.

If clean cant send them to me and I'll give it a shot. Just be sure to put something in the subject line so I dont just delete it thinking its a virus.

i didn't know what order to put them in

Lol, that order is fine....only if you can put the Older right bi pic above the newer one that would be awsome! Thanks man! So whatcha people think?

Yeah, lol, god gave me extremely weak genetics in the chest department, Im still working on it. As for back, I would have did a wide lat pose but there was no one around to help me take the pic, but rest assured my back is pretty damn wide, all ever since I made chins a regular part of my routine. Even though Im cutting, my back just keeps getting stronger!

I see a big improvement. Definate thickness all around. That new shoulder/Bicep shot looks way better than the previous. Keep it up.

Thanks man, thats very inspirational. I would hit ya with some green but I must spread around first!

I do see improvement..But i think you jumped the gun using gear!! You are lean but in your before pics it looks like you really havent lifted..im not trying to be a dick just think you could have added a lot more mass naturally before going over to the dark side..good luck

No offense taken, I appreciate the honesty. When the before pics were taken, I had about 7 months of serious training of which I trained on and off for 2-3 years prior. I took those before pics also when attempting my first cutter and man I made alot of mistakes! I lost alot of LBM in that old cutter, and in the end I felt and looked weak, scrawny, and thin. So from there I picked up my training to try and regain some of what I had lost, so at exactly 1 year and 1 month of traininf religiously, I began my first cycle to help me back on track. Plus in my first seven months, I trained wrong, ate wrong....basically I did everything wrong. So as of starting AAS, I made sure to read and learn and keep learning so that Ill be better off and here I am! I am actually going to come off this cutter and stay natural for a long time, possible into next year to maintain my weight and make gains naturally until I feel I am ready to go for another bulker.
