What's going on everyone. I have lost a total of 25 lbs. I weighed 320 lbs. 2 months ago, and now I am down too 295. I am doing the Eat Right For Your Blood type diet, and it is working really well. It's pretty tough though, seeing I am type A. That is mostly vegetarian, and some Fish. Anyway, just wanted to share with all of you. Take care.

great job, I was up around 275 a few months back myself, now down to 240

keep it up

awesome progress. 25 lbs in 2 months is great!

Mostly vegetarian diet isn't very healthy for anyone.

A balanced diet of protein, fats, and carbs is for everyone. FAD diets are gay and a crock. Just keep the calories down, but with a good balance between the protein, carbs, and fats, and excercise. Excercise and low cal diet is key to losing weight, not obstaining from certain foods or eating mostly vegetarian. Chicken and beef are fine to have, even daily. The fats in fish are very healthy, but doesn't mean you can't have some beef or chicken. Whole grains of anykind, oatmeal, wheat bread, barley. No soda, even diet soda. aspratame is not good for you.

good luck on your continuing progress and congratulations on what you have already accomplished.

Well this is kinda how my diet looks.

Breakfeast
4 egg white's and 2 whole eggs with black beans
Fish Oil tbl

Snack
Bowl of Fruit

Lunch
Typically Veggies

Snack
Post workout Pro Shake (Goat Whey)

Dinner
Salmon and veggies

Nuts through out day too.

I will eat some chicken once in a great while. I don't eat red meat, it hurts my stomach. I just don't digest it vary well. But this is what my meal plan typically looks like.

Oh and I forgot.

I lift 4 days a week, and I do cardio 5-6 times a week. All high reps

And a bowl of fruit is just full of sugars, which spikes your insulin and stores the energy as fat. Having some fruit is good, but eat a piece of wheat bread before you eat the fruit or with it, it will slow the digestion and not store as much fat, rather it will use it.

You also need protein with your lunch. Eating just vegetables isn't healthy. You need carbs, fat and protein with every meal, just in a smaller portion. Especially if it's your last meal before you workout. Not having carbs in you will drain your energy and make you not want to work out.
