Although it could be attributed to laying off the stuff for a year, I've hit a wall in terms of making gains for about a month now. I was doing nicely for a good period of time. Thinking about taking a break from the gym as all my research supports. They all differ in terms of details on how to do it. Just curious as to how long everyone's breaks last and how are they spaced between lifting phases. Thanks.
