Just got back from the Dr, had a bf analysis done.. ugh :worried:


163.5 @ 16% (5'6)

my goal is 170 @ 10%.

Using my massive intelligence, I've calculated I need to do the following.

Gain 16lbs of muscle.
Lose 10lbs of fat.

I'm hoping to gain about 18lbs total (probably 4-5 fat) from the current cycle, 500mg sust/week 10 wks, 3 final weeks of winny and then 3wk pct.

So that'll put me at needing 3 more lb muscle, and then losing 15lbs of fat while keeping all the gains. (I'm not so worried about the 3lbs of missing muscle as I am keeping the muscle I hope to gain.)

I was thinking of getting clen to run after PCT, any other suggestions as far as keeping that muscle gain while droping fat.. low dose cycle of test en? primo?

Gimme some ideas :)
 
continue the planned cycle bro, use the clen, diet is the main key, as you shouldnt have to do too much cardio if you can get your diet right. You should be able to keep the muscle, just work on keeping it clean.
