I'd rather not spend 30 grand on the WRX that i built on the Subaru website when I can buy an RSX for 10 grand less. I could care less that it goes 0-60 in 8 seconds instead of 6 like the Neon.

Great choice. Dont buy a Neon... EVER. The engines may pull but they have shitty craftsmanship. Like all modern day American cars, no offense to anyone who owns a new American car. I would also consider the WRX and a early model civic (92-99) and turbo charge it, for about 6k you can get shave off 2 or more seconds on the Civic's acceleration time (depending on level of boost, and other mods asides from the turbocharger).
