The title is "Health Liaison Specialist". It's a gov't job doing some project work and consulting regarding mental health of kids in the foster care system. Lots of liaising with all the agencies. It'd be a lateral move but lots of room to climb. I'm as far as I can go where I am.

That being said I want to go back to school in the next year or so and take a different direction so this will come down to holidays and parking spots.
