I've been really lacking in the Turding department lately. Should I change my ringtone ?

Maybe if I went with a ringtone of Sir mix a lot I LIKE BIG BUTTS it would help
loosen things up. Sorta make it think there was more room to move on out.

Also, I think I destroyed my foot dude. Can you get that foot apparatus back for me? Seriously, I'm mangled over here. I ran across the street to avoid getting hit by a car and ended up dropping to the ground on the grass on the other side in pain. I felt the muscles on the bottom of my foot do a weird thing which felt suspiciously like tearing. My career as a jogging salesman is over.

It's way past my bedtime man, sorry..

If I could track down the GAMEREADY ice therapy machine, I'd get it right up to you PDQ..
If you hadn't run across the street you'd be in much worse shape and need more than just expensive ice..
