ive cycled since 17 but at the moment Im not on,I guess I should said that as opposed to natty.

Guinness-Ive been back at a consistant training routine for about 5 weeks,and before that I was hurt,or sick for the better part of a year and couldnt get back in the groove,so Im hoping that squat will shoot up quick,however I think squatting this week I hurt my knee due to a shady spot where my partner knocked me off balance,so hopefully its minor and fixed up by next tue
