On Friday I suffered a gym-related injury. After I finished my third set of seated single-dumbell triceps extensions, I stood up and stepped forward to carry the dumbell back to the rack. I tripped over the footrest on the upright bench I was using, and fell to the ground with a 110 lb. dumbell in my hand. I'm lucky I didn't give myself a tib-fib fracture on my left leg, but I bloodied my shin pretty nicely.

I should sue the gym. Think I could get a lifetime membership out of the deal?

i'm half partner on two tax franchises in a larger nearby town, i have a canadian pharmacy store front here in my local town, i manage investment funds for 2 people and will try and grow my customer base after tax season, and i'm in the process of being certified as a personal trainer. i try and stay busy lol

Cool deal! Sounds like you have a lot going on.

I'm gonna get my personal trainer cert as well, just for the fuck of it really, maybe take on a couple clients part time, but not really to make more money, just for fun.

Thinking of going with NESTA since its good for life...although i like NASM and the CSCS cert.
