I'm not saying we are going to win, but don't write us off. I doubt IU could have beaten Duke and Oklahoma on a fluke. Maryland better bring their A game.

i don't understand why everyone keeps writing off IU... they beat 2 teams in the tournament (duke & OU) who both beat maryland. if maryland doesn't take IU seriously then IU is gonna blow them out.

wilcox will get into foul trouble early and won't even be a factor in the game... dixon could be trouble for IU though...

I, just like everyone else, didn't expect indiana to be here. They have played very good. As far as this game, it just isnt a good matchup for them. Not many teams matchup good with maryland, that is why they are in the championship game. They have two dominating inside men, and great perimeter players, and a decent bench as well. Indiana will have to have another great game by Newton, or one of the other post players, which lets be honest, probably isn't going to happen against Wilcox or Baxter. As well, they truly will have to be lights out from 3, just to keep up with maryland. The other games i truly thought they had a shot to win. This one is just not a good matchup at all, on top of being a huge underdog which doesnt make for a good outcome in most cases. Great job Davis has done this year though. Unbelievable. Never woulda thunk it. Too bad this is maryland's year though. Maryland has some good guys though. I'm a pretty big Gary Williams fan. Great coach, awesome guy. Look for Wilcox or Baxter to have huge nights. Jeffries can't play against both of them.
