its winter time to try some new things

well ive decided to change things up some. its winter so what the hell, i aint gonna be having my shirt off much. this is like a diet where you fast every 3rd day (every 3rd day you eat only your required amount of protien, very little fat very little carbs) my point is this. im the type of person that can do a very strict diet for one day with the aid of ephedrine and caffeine along with 5-htp, and feel ok at the same time. but i couldnt do it 2 days in a row with out feeling shitty. and the more days you diet the more your metabolizm drops. your metabolizm can only drop so much in one day, in other words your leptin will still be running full speed with only a small amount of calories. so its like this monday i eat whatever i feel like cookies icecream WHATEVER along with 200-210 grams of protien. and do the same thing on tuesday eat WHATEVER but also eating 200 or so grams of protien. then on wednesday i do somewhat of a fast where i eat just my normal amount of protien with VERY little fat and carbs, i also supplement with 5htp and ephedrine and caffeine on these days. so i basically eat all the good foods eat whatever i feel like then fast every 3rd day. my workouts will be cardio 5-7 days a week as usuall for 30 minites or so along with my weight training 3 days a week. maybe this will confuse my metabolizm, maybe i will acheive better fatloss????you never know till you try.. im doing this because i really HAAAAAAAATTTEEE eating clean what so ever during the week, i would just rather fast every third day with takking appetite aids. ill let u know how it goes

protien will be the same amount every day give or take a few. im guessing my lean body mass is maybe 210-215 or so. i weigh about 235-240. your body can only utilize .8-.9 grams per pound of lean bodyweight so ill be taking about 200 grams of protien perday thats how i came up with that amount

I totally agree with this if we are talking about someone NOT using AS, which I'm guessing you are since you are natural?

Good luck with the diet, it sounds like you almost don't have to worry about diet and still make gains/stay fit! But, I think your day of strict dieting is crucial because it keeps you disciplined, if only for 1 out of e3d. Keep us updated!
 
I have nothing to add, other than to say that I'm glad the 5-HTP is working out for you - I remember when you PM'd me about it months ago, and I was hoping it did you good. :)
 
This plan may theoretically work though I'm sure there's a few things you can do to give it a better chance. I'd say for the days you eat what you want you should still strive to eat certain types of food instead of just eating anything in sight. I'd recommend to still focus on healthier fats since they have a harder time converting to bodyfat unlike animal fat and hydrogenated oils, trans-fatty acids, etc... I've found quite a bit of natural types of fat to replace most of the areas where we tend to get a lot of it. For instance there is a butter out there with a much better ratio of healthy to saturated fats, has only 9g of fat per tablespoon and tastes damn good. Most wouldn't even realize the difference if they didn't know any better. Smart Balance I think it's called. Also you can cool with canola or olive oil, canola has a higher smoking point so you can even fry with it. Also you should use omega-3 eggs, etc...

It may work better as a 1 on/1 off situation as well though your workout schedule would have to change. Probably be best to do weight training on your free days and then do cardio on your off days. Also I wouldn't recommend such a huge deficit on your fast. Even if you get 200 grams of protein your body won't have a chance to utilize it for muscle as it'll be converting it for energy if you don't supply any carbs or fat to help out the situation.

Just a few thoughts of mine, let me know how your plan goes. I'm going to attemp the method I mentioned above fairly soon though I wanted to get a little lower in bodyfat first incase it didn't work as well as I'd hoped :)
