I loved body pump classesin the five years or so I interspersed thhose classes 3 times every 2 weeks into my regular lifting routines
lots of weight lifter guys would show up for a class
and never return
at times with guys I kinda knew from the "regular" gym I'd suggest they lighten the weight before a changeover
"look man you're going to be doing 110 to 120 reps not eight"
