It's dangerous ?

Hi !

I'm 26 years old, training during 6 years continuously, five times a week. I weigh 92 kg for 1.80 meter (13% bodyfat)

I'm doing a cycle carb diet to lose my fat

High carb
Low carb
Low carb
No carb

I wonder if it is a good idea to include Clen/T3 stack ?

Forget that shit. Yes it can be dangerous. ECA stack and take your cals down another 250 if you're not still steadily losing weight. Up your cardio. These are the basics. Then try maybe sarm gw1516
 
Both. while you sit here and wait for that one person to tell you its "great for fat loss!!", Bc thats what youre waiting to hear, ill just keep trying to talk you out of it lol. fat loss can be achieved much easier and safer.

T3 side effects:
angina
tachycardia (a fast heartbeat)
irregular heartbeats
cramps
diarrhea
headaches.

Muscle crams

I know that Clen/T3 are dangerous. I want just know if cycle carb works well with this products ?
 
Clen is dangerous with or without carb cycling, there are so many thermal fat burners out there now, no reason to risk fucking up your heart with that shit!
 
Heart problems work well with that product. If you really need a chemical then go research gw1516. No side effects except being awesomer. Will enhance your cardio and speed up fat loss
 
Honestly, it's hard to say which way it is going to go but I am leaning on losing muscles with this one. With that kind of diet, you're going to affect your body mass.
