and im off to the gym; for the first time in a while i woke up with a hard-on; this damn fina dick has been haunting me for a month now (post cycle).

I feel more Euphoric today, like i can lift anything. I know this is insignificant to you all, but i needed to share my Jr. saluting:D

today is chest day, i plan to set a PB. wish me luck....

That euphoria may be from getting rid of the last traces of Fina from your system. Fina brings me down BIG-time and I need to sleep all the time. I'm moody and un-motivated!

When I'm off-----back to feeling great, energetic, and high on life again!

Tear it up at the gym bro. :D
 
Thanks to you both; i had a great pump today, i took 1g of ALA with some simple carbs before hand. For the first time in a while i tried decline dumbells, MAN! they hit the chest great! i usually stick to incline movements but today i thought id switch it up; what a difference in feeling!

I dont really 1RM it too often, flat about 315~ incline 250~. squat 485~ deadlift----(i stopped doing deads, my traps were getting too big, lol) Lately i have switched to the 8-10 rep scheme. it seems to be working okay.

Your Doc, i think the last traces of fina are leaving me, after a month after clomid, i was wondering if i would ever bounce back; good thing it is starting; i still have liquidex and pharm. Yohimbine coming which will help me recover much faster 100%.

When I try and workout in the morning it never seems to go well...I am one of those people you have to throw out of bed and beat the shit out of to wake me up.

Yeah most people i know are that way too; ive always been a morning person; getting up at 5:00am everymorning to catch the TTC bus, you get used to it.

I tend to get real lazy mid day-evenings. i eat too many carbs:)

I did decline dumbells for the first time in years last week...definately gonna add it to most of my chest workouts. It felt awesome, definately a good exercise...and it's easier on my shoulders than incline or flat bench. I'm gonna try decline flyes next time...

Yup, and an EMS study showed that decline dumbells work the pectorial major the most efficiently according to contraction mechanism. decline allows you to work tris very well too. The funny thing is though, my face is beat red after every set due to the degree of decline, and the blood rushing to my face, lol. GOD DAMN TOMATO!

lol my first classes started at 8:00 i had to wake up at 5:00am catch the TTC; get off at the transfer station, and catch another bus to get there around 7:30~. it was rough man. Luckily this year im renting a townhouse right next to the University. Rent is a bitch though !!!!!!:(:(:(

LOL! I got that too after my first set. I think it's a combination of the degree of decline, and i think it's a little harder to control my breathing when in the decline position.

Ya I use to be an AM lifter myself.I loved it.But than I went back to work so no time to go to the gym till after work.But I'm still up at 400AM to Go for a quick 15-20 minute jog.Well my fault for rambling on Im high and I just took a Percoceit. Well good luck man

Yeah asian women tend to be tighter, they also have an extra contraction muscle for better stimulation for us (guys) its called the "magic muscle" only asian woman have it.
