It this a good cycle while cutting?

I lose weight very easily without restricting calories too much, but the problem is that I lose a lot of muscle with the fat.

So, I want to do a short cutting cycle to get fairly lean before I do a mass cycle. I don't feel confortable adding on anymore fat because I'm already at 12-14% bf, so I want to get lean before I focus on adding size again.

How many lbs of FAT can you lose in 4 weeks with the help of AAS? I'm not going to touch: fina, clen, or t3/t4.

This is what I was thinking:
EQ: because if it is like primo, then it will be good in a low calorie environment. Only use if for the first 2 weeks because it has a long ester and I want it out by the end of week 4.
Winny: I love the muscle hardness, thinking about using zambon injectables instead of orals, any difference?
Test prop: at a low dose because some strong androgen is needed.

Week 1 & 2: test prop ?mg, winny ?mg, EQ 400
Week 3 & 4: test prop ?mg, winny ?mg

I just ran a 3-weeker with decent results and I feel great, balls are back in business with just herbals and proviron. I'm getting blood work in a week.

BTW, the 3 weeker was my first cycle, and I plan to run this little cutter in late January, take 6 weeks off, and then run a mass cycle for 8 weeks if blood work is good.
 
bro doing eq for 2 weeks is going to no absolutely nothing. people run it for 12 weeks in cycles for reasons. it takes an extremly long time to kick in, and people dont start noticing results until like 5 or 6 weeks in. go with something else in my opinion.
 
Anakin, their is no point in you taking the EQ for only one week in a short cycle. Leave it out. If you are doing this cycle just to hold on to your lbm while dieting then their is no need for large doses of AS.

I would run something along these line:

Prop 100mg/eod
Winny 50mg/eod
 
Given that this is only going to be my 2nd cycle, I would think a gram of gear a week, as suggested by TheOak, is too much, but thanks anyways.

I was thinking something more along the lines of prop 100mg eod and winny 50mg/eod if I go with injectables or ed if I do orals (like WannaImpress is suggesting).

Athlete0185: I know people use EQ for 12 weeks, but as someone recently posted, the "kick-in" theory is very sketchy. The hormones are active in your system right after they're injected, so I don't see why they wouldn't do anything before 12 weeks. I know it has a long half-life, which is why I only want to run it for the first two weeks (that way it's in me for 4 weeks and then it clears 95%) but at something like 400mg/week. Opinions?
I am buying the EQ anyways because I'm using it for my mass cycle afterwards.
 
No EQ

Drop the EQ, it serves no purpose for 4 weeks and it takes 3 weeks to clear, almost as long as your on. Why bother? Prop/Winny is straight.
 
No flame intended here anakin, but looked at your pic and it seems reasonible for 1 cycle, but I can tell from your back shot that you've probably never done a deadlift in your life, or at least not on your last cycle. Two big trunks of mass running down the lower back makes the top half that much more pretty. Your lower back seems pretty flat, I just thought I'd mention it. And incidently, there great to get the metabolism rate up and therefore great for cutters.
 
Hey criticism is always welcome otherwise we wouldn't get anywhere. My first cycle was just a 3-weeker to test the waters so no transformation there.

I deadlift and I squat, though I haven't done them consistently throughout my lifting years. I feel deadlifts killing my traps more than anything else though... Maybe the damn scoliosis is getting in the way I don't know.

The main problem I think is from having focused too much on chins/pulldown type movements during most of my back training throughout my life at the expense of bent over rowing movements and the like.
