It sucks that your work knows your home phone number

They called me at home once. I chewed their ass out so bad, word got around fast.
Now they'll call anyone but me.

Work is work. Home is home.

between the caller id and the answering machine; they ain't gonna find me if i don't want them to do so.

i stopped feeling guilty after the 3rd or 4th promotion passover by peeps younger than me, with less education and less job experience, but great at field office ass kissing and informing on your co-worker skills.

make me an early retirement offer, please!

I just don't answer when they call. Never have, never will.

Ditto and only my boss and one of my friends has my mobile number. My boss never calls to bother me if I'm off, but other members of our dept would if they had my mobile.

I did answer one call while I was in another province.

The part time weekend dude had a problem and goes "do you know anything about this system", I said "I do but read your email I am on vacation, CLICK"
