.. I am only 22yrs old and this is my first show but my condition is pretty good and I really abide by the books.. clean eats constantly, plenty of water, in bed by 9pm or 10 pm the latest and up running on an empty stomach at 6am in morning.. I am in the gym twice a day.. Really giving all I got.. It just sucks knowing no matter what I do I can not beat this girl..she is a beast!!!

Maybe don't *expect* some sort of less than fair play, but don't be suprised by it, and just be sure that you get out of the show what you want. I continue to point out that especially if you are new, you can't set yourself up to judge yourself in live or die terms for one show. There are LOTS of shows going on with LOTS of competitors. Its one thing to do all the work to prepare for show, but there's also a lot of work required to being able to "do" shows well.

THEY CAN DO NOTHING EXCEPT BASK IN THE GLOW THAT IS YOU!

today, tomorrow and Saturday and then dropping it back to 1 gallon on Sunday.. my trainer wants to see if this will manipulate the body to drop water.. lets see.. trial and error better to try it now before the week of the show..Its 11:30am and I m almost done with the 1st gallon..

Bunny & Miss 24K: I know you guys are right, my trainer made a deal with me, since I am holding a lot of water and genetically Italians hold more water (so he says) he wants me to do cardio in the morning only for 1 hr and no more cardio during the day just weight train at night.. So sounds good to me!! I use to do 2 hrs of cardio a day when i first started training so 1 hour of cardio is a total cut back!!!..
