Hey all!!!

I know I said I would take pics.. but I didnt have a chance these few mornings to take any so here are some promo pics.. (yes I am a Coors Light Promotional spokesmodel...).. Just keep in mind these pics are taken late at night after eating 6 meals and drinking 3 gallons of water so you cant see the definition that one would see when they first wake up.. but i think you can get an idea of where I am at!!

BF% coming in at 12% .. my goal was to come in at 10-9% come show time I dont think i will be able to do it in 11 days.. perhaps by the second show!!!

Exactly sweetie!

My abs really came in tight by Thursday Night.. even more so friday night. I don't know my body fat, wasn't too concerend as long as I looked the way I wanted.

yes that pic was taken after the night show.. I was fuller mid day and right when I went on stage for the evening show. My body seems to fill up and flatten out fairly quick. Kinda a good thing and a bad thing I guess, still havent' figured it out yet.

I had all of my abs in on Thursday, even tighter on friday and saturday.

You can do it suga! Abs are there just dying to surface

The 3 gallons for 3 days did the trick... It was amazing how the water started shedding the day before the show!!!... I was totally tight the day of the show, even my trainer was amazed with the outcome!!!

Thanks for all the compliments everyone.. Looking foward to next year's competitions.. taking a break for the rest of the year and planning to trim down the legs..

Will try to keep you guys posted on the outcome..
