Is what I'm doing sufficient for my goal?

Goal: cut all this fat and build up strength and muscle.

I currently weigh 215lbs. Dropped from 235lbs. I stand 5'5. I don't know my BMI, but I do have a significant amount of body fat.



I currently do something like this.

Leg days: Back squat, cleans, front squats

Press days: SOHP, Dips, cleans, 4way neck machine.

Back days: conventional deadlift, cleans, sometimes I do barbell rows depending on how tired I am.

I tend to do cleans every workout because I'm trying to get the form down. I've only been cleaning 135pounds for multiple singles(usually 15-20 single pulls a day)

I used to do a lot more, but I've cut it down significantly. Is what I am doing enough for my goal?
